Processing time: 0–1 working days This includes order confirmation, any necessary adjustments, quality control and careful packaging of your items.

Delivery time: 4–8 working days Delivery time depends on your location and the transit period from our domestic shipping center to your door.

Total Delivery Time (4 - 9 business days)

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

In most cases, your order will be delivered within 4 to 9 business days from the moment it is placed.

Yes, we deliver in United Kingdom. We offer free shipping on all orders within United Kingdom.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery. You can also check your order on our tracking page.

RETURN POLICY

You can return a product for any reason within 30 days guaranteed. No questions asked. The customer is responsible for the return. The customer only needs to carry the return label

To request a return or exchange, contact our support team by email at info@novarrio.com Please include your order number and the reason for return. We will respond with instructions and the correct return address.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method and confirmed by email.
